Red tire sealant

Built for the puncture you hoped you would never get.

We put a half-inch puncture into a Onewheel tire and went for a ride, live on stream, with no second take. Watch the full recording, including the refill, the reinflation and the point where the tire reached its limit.

Why Red works

Carefully engineered. Packed with protection.

Red combines a dense mix of aramid fibers in varied lengths with rubber particles in a range of sizes. We refined that mix to plug big punctures while staying free to flow to the hole.

We mix at high speed, then use our custom hand-operated filling system to keep all that fiber and rubber in the bottle. Made in the USA.

Built around riders

This is what we make it for.

Races in the woods. Weekends with friends. One more lap before heading home. Cory caught this moment at Seek N Shred, part of the riding community Armor-Dilloz grew up in.

Out on real rides

Punctures, a big gash, and a way home.

Bart found four punctures and reported a drop from 14 psi to 11 psi. Dan's much larger gash did not fully seal, but he rode 3.5 miles back with one stop for air. Here are their own accounts.

there were 4 definite punctures. I had started at 14psi and after the punctures and sealing the tire was at 11psi…… but not 0.

Context: Onewheel tire with Red Armor-Dilloz; the four punctures and pressure values are the rider's report.

Disclosure: Bart says Armor-Dilloz founder Cory Boehne sent him four bottles before the tire change.

Keep in mind: Individual rider report, not a controlled test or typical-result promise.

Facebook post by Dan Nolan describing a large tire gash, above a close-up photograph of the damaged tread.
“Although Armor Dilloz Red was unable to completely seal the hole, it did seal it enough to where I was able to make it back 3.5 miles.” — Dan Nolan, Facebook Onewheel Riders, June 15, 2023. The gash did not fully seal, and Dan stopped once for air.
