All USPS and UPS Ground shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed delivery by dates. The estimates do not include order processing time. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
Service providers such as USPS, UPS, & Fedex are currently experiencing delays for delivery both domestically and internationally.
Domestic orders are mailed via USPS or UPS. Other shipping options are available upon request.
International orders mailed via USPS First-Class International Mail are estimated to arrive in 7 - 21 business days from the date of shipment. Customs clearance can delay delivery.
International buyer is responsible for all costs if package is unclaimed.
Shipping costs are only refundable in cases of package loss when carried via an insured shipping method. (USPS Priority, USPS Express, USPS Priority International, USPS Priority Express, & UPS domestic and international shipping options)
All apparel purchases are final sale and nonreturnable.
All other purchases/products can be returned if they have not been opened, used, or installed 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that are damaged or not in the original condition of sale may be denied the return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please mail your package through an insured, traceable delivery service. Returns will be processed in 3 - 5 business days from the date that they are received.
