Tire sealant for carts, mobility & equipment

Small tires. Serious protection.

For golf carts, mobility scooters, wheelchairs and the equipment you count on.

A flat can leave you hauling a heavy cart, stopping a job halfway through or stranded far from home. Armor-Dilloz is packed with fiber and rubber to seal punctures and keep your day moving.

Made in the USA. For air-filled tires, with or without inner tubes.

More than a flat tire

The wheels that keep your day going.

Golf & utility carts

A cart with a flat is a long way from useful, especially at the far end of the property. Protect the air-filled tires on course carts and off-highway utility carts before the next trip.

Mobility scooters & wheelchairs

When your wheels are part of everyday life, a flat can interrupt much more than the ride. Armor-Dilloz works in air-filled mobility and adaptive equipment tires. Solid casters do not need sealant.

Garden & work equipment

A wheelbarrow full of soil. A mower halfway through the yard. A hand truck loaded for a delivery. Give those hard-working air-filled tires puncture protection before the work starts.

Why Dilloz?

The good stuff gets to the hole.

Long fibers, finer strands and rubber particles of different sizes work together to plug punctures. We have refined that mix for serious sealing performance.

Those materials need to reach the puncture. Dilloz stays free-flowing instead of sticking in one spot, carrying fiber and rubber toward escaping air. The right amount in your tire gives it enough material to do the job.

Straight answers

Before you add sealant

Can I put sealant in mobility scooter or wheelchair tires?

Yes, in suitable air-filled tires with or without inner tubes. Check each wheel: a chair or scooter may have air-filled drive tires and solid casters. Follow the equipment maker's instructions and calculate each different tire size separately.

What if there is already sealant in the tire?

This calculator gives the amount for an empty tire. Do not add the full amount on top of old or unknown sealant. Follow its maker’s removal and cleaning instructions before a fresh fill.

Will sealant fix any flat?

Sealant is for punctures. It does not repair a torn sidewall, damaged bead, worn casing or tire damaged by being ridden flat. Stop using a tire that will not hold its required pressure and inspect it before continuing. See the installation and troubleshooting guide for the next step.

Quick-reference dose chart

Prefer a chart?

Use your measured tire height and width to find the amount for one tire. Read the checks inside before using the chart.

Open the tire size and amount chart Amounts in US fluid ounces per tire.

Use the next larger listed height and width if your measurements fall between entries. A dash means that combination is outside the chart: do not substitute a different cell or extrapolate. Before rounding, the actual tire must be 4 to 36 inches tall and 0.75 to 12 inches wide, with width between 2% and 70% of its outside diameter. Do not round an out-of-range tire into this chart.

These amounts are estimates. Stay close to the amount shown: a little more sealant gives more protection; a little less gives less.

Before using the chart
  • The tire holds air, with or without an inner tube.
  • The tire is empty of other sealant or pre-seal.
  • There is no internal sensor or maker prohibition.
  • The tire and bead are serviceable, not torn, worn, or ridden flat.
  • You measured the actual mounted outside diameter and installed width.
  • It is not a passenger car, highway motorcycle or e-moto, highway trailer, or street-legal NEV.
  • Its real top operating speed is known and within this calculator’s input limits.

Armor-Dilloz needs enough liquid to remain free-flowing inside the tire so it can move toward escaping air. The chart shows the same practical whole-ounce estimates as the calculator. This is not a pressure chart: restore the equipment or tire maker’s specified pressure after installation.
