Onewheel Tire Sealant Instructions

Safety First!

Always wear personal protective gear, especially eye protection.  Do not eat, drink, or wear as clothing in public.

For new tire installation:

  • Remove old Onewheel tire (Use Bead Buddy if needed)
  • Clean rim assembly
  • Lightly coat all bead areas with Armor-Dilloz Bead Buddy to to ease install & reduce pressure needed to seat tire
  • Install new tire
  • Seat bead (Protip: Use restriction ring or other method to prevent over-expansion https://cometkartsales.com/Beadmaster-Tire-Beading-Tool.html)
  • Remove valve core from stem, using included tool
  • Snip ⅛” off of tip of Armor-Dilloz bottle
  • Insert Armor-Dilloz bottle nozzle into valve stem, gently squeeze 8oz into Onewheel tire (squeeze and release repeatedly until 8oz are in tire) (Only use 4oz if adding to slime)
  • Reinstall valve into stem
  • Inflate tire to riding pressure

For use on existing tire:

  • Remove air from Onewheel tire
  • Remove valve core from stem, using included tool
  • Snip ⅛” off of tip of Armor-Dilloz bottle
  • Insert Armor-Dilloz bottle nozzle into valve stem, gently squeeze 8oz into Onewheel tire (squeeze and release repeatedly until 8oz are in tire) (Only use 4oz if adding to slime)
  • Reinstall valve into stem
  • Inflate tire to riding pressure
  • IF REPAIRING FLAT TIRE: Inflate tire to +10 PSI over your normal riding pressure (Except where this may exceed max tire pressure rating), and then deflate tire to riding pressure.
